While monetary details of the transaction were not disclosed, under the terms of the agreement, which was approved by both companies’ Directive Heads, customer policies and procedures of LittlBUGer.info Hosting Services will not be modified. In addition, the parties have agreed on the terms of an editorial agreement that provides for the establishment of original LittlBUGer.info founder Randy Senn to hold office with the objective of assuring the continued integrity and independence of services.

Adam Gratton, Chief Executive Officer of Impact Global Communications noted, ”I am deeply gratified at the level of support we have received from the LittlBUGer.info family and its trustees. Given the LittlBUGer.info long and distinguished history with IGC, we appreciate how much effort is utilized to maintain a Quality of Service that only Randy can and will continue to provide. I want to offer Randy Senn and LittlBUGer.info Downloads and Hosting Services my thanks, and an assurance that our company and our cooperation will be equally strong custodians.”

The merger agreement allows for growth within LittlBUGer.info and its services while not affecting performance, stability, and other factors contributing to its restrictions. With the support of Impact Global Communications, it is hoped that LittlBUGer.info will be able to insure that the current and future customer base may continue personalization of the company’s product, with extensive improvements in service.

The Company has indicated that the merger’s primary goal was to consolidate both companies and re-brand the existhosting.com service on the new gogax.com infrastructure. Major investments were made on the gogax.com infrastructure and it has proved its efficiency and reliability.

EXIST Hosting servers and systems are being integrated into the new Gogax platform. Gogax consists mainly of the latest hosting technologies such as virtualization, clustered technology, network attached storage and more.

The company estimates that to complete the migration over to Gogax, it should be no longer than two months to be fully integrated into the new system.

Gogax.com was the latest, more recent project, launched by InterWeb Media Inc which at first was offering 100% FREE web hosting services with no ad banners or obligations. After its success, the company decided to rebrand into one company. Gogax also offers the free web hosting, but also offers professional shared web hosting, dedicated servers and domain registration.
